Synagogue Guild

The Synagogue Guild, which is open to both men and women, provides a range of kiddushim after the Saturday morning service and for festivals throughout the year. It also arranges for decorating the Sukkah. Kiddushim can be sponsored for special occasions. 

In addition to this, the Guild has a rota for visiting those who are not well and holds fundraising events to improve the amenities of the synagogue. For example, it recently paid for a stairlift to be installed. One of its favourite events is the (almost) annual Shul Quiz, which attracts 150 people for a general knowledge quiz and one of Frada’s famous suppers.
